What Ontario requires
We have not published Ontario’s specific deadline, forms or fees here because we will not print a requirement we have not confirmed with them directly. Getting it wrong could cost you your water service.
Call us with your address and we will confirm what Ontario requires for your assembly, and book the test around it.
What we do
- Test the assembly with a calibrated gauge, and show you the readings.
- Repair on the spot where we can — we carry rebuild kits for the common RPZ and double check assemblies, so a failure usually does not mean a second visit.
- File the result with the water company, rather than handing you a form to post on.
- Track your due date and come back before it, not after the reminder letter.
